I bought this rose with a few other flowers.

It was around 5pm, I was sitting in the living room when | looked over at them, and this one caught my attention. There was something about its petals, knowing they would only look like this for a little while. Beautiful and temporary, just like so many things in life.

A small reminder to enjoy things while they're here.
